Then later moved to West Kirby to focus on workimg closely with the N.H.S suppling wigs to chemo and hair loss patient.

Kiki began her career at "Topknot"s Cavern Walks with Mum Lesley and Sister Toni and also ran a concession of Topknots in Miss Selfridge fashion store, in Liverpool selling fashion wigs and hair pieces.
Now in West Kirby with her sister, she works with hair loss, medical and fashion clients, Providing caring, discrete wig consultations, colour matching and fitting service.

- at Topknots Wig Shop we work with NHS hospital trusts, Wirral University Teaching Hospital Arrowpark, Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Wirral and Liverpool we also accept prescription from clients experiencing hairloss (GP's Referral)
- We don’t charge the usual £20 consultation fee to anyone with a GP or hospital referral letter or hospital wig voucher .
